Natural prevention of kidney stones
Here are some of the things to follow for preventing your kidney stones naturally:
Be hydrated
You need to drink at least two to three litres of water daily in order to increase your Urine excretion and if you do not drink more water your Urine excretion will be low that results in urine concentration and it will be difficult to dissolve salts found in urine and cause stones in your Kidneys.
The colour of your urine can determine whether you are a hydrate or not. If it is dark drink much water and if it is pale yellow then you are hydrated.
Eat more foods rich in calcium
Many people believe that eating more calcium lead to the most type of Kidney stone called Calcium oxalate stone. Now many are avoiding eating more calcium in their diets, but forgetting that low level of Calcium can increase the risk of Kidney stones and osteoporosis.
Taking Calcium supplements perhaps may increase the risk of stones and another side including it in your meal may help decrease the risk. In case all these did not go for kidney stone removal.
