Why does PCOS affect fertility?
Women who are suffering from PCOS face difficulty in pregnancy. There are
two reasons behind it. They may suffer from irregular period cycles, or they
may not have menstruation at all. Females with Infrequent ovulation makes
them much more difficult to get pregnant.

What are the symptoms of PCOS?

Although symptoms of PCOS may change according to elevated levels of
androgen which may result in pimples, unwanted facial hair, thin hair on the
scalp, dark skin in certain areas, and skin tags.

How is PCOS managed?

You can manage PCOS with the help of lifestyle schemes like a low glycemic
diet, regular exercise, and nutritional supplements. Some females will require
prescribed medications and fertility treatments when they are trying to get
pregnant.

If you are overweight and have polycystic ovaries then exercise is an effective
thing for them and reduces weight.

Some of the studies reveal that lifestyle adjustments and weight management
can minimize the levels of androgen and insulin and induce ovulation as well
as improve fertility.

Weight loss and exercise are more effective treatment rather than the fertility
medications to cure the PCOS issues.
